The publishing company I worked at was responsible for publishing three newspapers on a weekly basis. My main job was designing ads for clients, usually local businesses. A sales rep would gather the details from the client, which would then be given to us in Graphics, where we would design an ad to fit the space on the newspaper that the customer had paid for.
